Yasur Volcano on Tanna Island is one of the most consistently erupting volcanos in the world and is readily accessible to tourists depending on the level of eruption occurring. Note recent advice as at 8 Apr 13 that the level of volcanic activity at Yasur is increasing so check the current status before planning to visit.

New Zealand Volcanos

White Island is an easily accessible active volcano for tourists to visit from the North Island, and there are several tour operators available with both boat and flight options to access the island.

Solomon Islands
